THis guy charges for picks?

I have Missouri and Marquette playing in the second round and just can't make a decision on it. Anyone want to step in here and make a pick with reasoning? The fact that Missouri battled and won their tourney makes me want to pick them to do okay in the NCAA's, and Marquette plays in a weaker division but has done well against top teams. Let's hear it.
